Registration is possible only electronically by use of the
registration
form and will be closed on
Sunday, March 28th, 2010.
Receipt of your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

Registration Fee |

The registration fee for the conference is 450 Euro (incl. VAT) and 250 Euro (incl.
VAT) for students.
This includes:
- Admission to all parts of the conference.
- Welcome Reception at the Provincial Court of Bruges.
- The walking dinner in the Concert Hall in Bruges on April 19, 2010.
- Lunches and coffee breaks.
- Memory stick with conference proceedings.
Nocturne
To participate in the nocturne at Celebrations on April 20, 2010 registration is
requested and the registration fee is 80 Euro (incl. VAT).
Students will be asked to show their studentcard when signing in at the registrationdesk.
Payment should be done before
Sunday, April 4th, 2010.

Cancellation of registration |
|

Cancellations should be confirmed in writing and are possible until 1 week prior
to the conference (April 11, 2010). We will invoice you for 50 EUR administration
costs. After this term, we are obligated to invoice you for the complete amount.
Of course you can designate a substitute should you be unable to attend.
